I take a collaborative and down-to-earth approach to therapy, creating a space where my clients feel at ease exploring what feels stuck, painful, or confusing. Together, we clarify patterns, strengthen coping strategies, process past experiences that may still be shaping the present, and build sustainable ways to manage life’s daily challenges.

My work often focuses on family-of-origin dynamics, relationship struggles, life transitions, depression, anxiety, and career stress.

I received my Master’s in Social Work from Fordham University in 2011 with a specialization in clinical social work. I continued my training in community mental health settings and through advanced study at The National Institute for the Psychotherapies and The William Alanson White Institute, where I earned certificates in psychoanalysis, trauma treatment, and the treatment of eating disorders, compulsions, and addictions. I am also trained in EMDR through The Parnell Institute.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent twenty years working in film and television production. That chapter of my life continues to inform my work, particularly with individuals navigating creative careers and unconventional schedules.

I am continually curious about the human condition and feel honored to help clients navigate both their pain and their growth — with the goal of fostering greater safety, strength, and contentment.
