SERVICES
I provide weekly 45–50 minute individual sessions focused on goals we collaboratively establish at the beginning of treatment. My approach is integrative and tailored to each individual, drawing from multiple evidence-based modalities depending on what feels most helpful and appropriate.
While my foundation is interpersonal and relational psychodynamic theory, I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based techniques, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and strengths-based approaches.
I offer sessions via secure video.
Whether you are navigating a crisis, facing a life transition, or seeking deeper self-understanding, I provide a confidential and supportive space where you can safely explore what matters most to you.

EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a structured, evidence-based therapy designed to help individuals process and heal from distressing or traumatic experiences. When experiences overwhelm our nervous system, they can become “stuck,” continuing to influence thoughts, emotions, and behavior long after the event has passed. EMDR helps the brain reprocess these memories so they feel less activating and more integrated.
I completed EMDRIA-approved basic training through The Parnell Institute and use EMDR to help clients work through trauma, anxiety, relationship injuries, and longstanding negative beliefs about themselves. EMDR can reduce emotional intensity while strengthening more adaptive beliefs, allowing clients to feel greater resilience, clarity, and relief.
